Conrad Parducci, a licensed flooring contractor, has been serving Kaua'i with expert hardwood installation and finishing for over four decades through Parducci Hardwood Floors, Inc. His deep craftsmanship and reputation have made him a trusted name across the island.
Adam Kirkcaldie, Conrad’s son-in-law and the lead installer on the hardwood side, moved home to Kaua'i from New Zealand 11 years ago. Since then, he’s been refining the craft of concrete polishing and leading the charge on the concrete division—bringing precision, grit, and a Kiwi work ethic to every project.
